Position Overview

The Recruitment & Marketing Manager will play a key leadership role in developing and managing student recruitment channels across India. This position requires a highly motivated professional with experience in U.S. international education recruitment, agency partnership development, and regional marketing strategy execution.

The ideal candidate will work closely with recruitment agencies, counselors, universities, and internal teams to drive student applications, maintain strong partner relationships, and achieve enrollment targets for U.S. institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Channel Development

  •  Identify, recruit, and onboard new education agents and recruitment partners across India. 
  •  Expand AdviseBridge’s recruitment network to increase qualified student applications for U.S. universities. 
  •  Develop long-term strategic relationships with agency owners, counselors, and institutional stakeholders. 

Strategic Marketing & Student Outreach

  •  Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to promote U.S. higher education opportunities. 
  •  Organize seminars, webinars, workshops, school visits, and student information sessions. 
  •  Collaborate with the digital marketing team on localized social media and lead-generation campaigns. 

Agency Relationship Management & Training

  •  Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain strong communication with recruitment partners. 
  •  Conduct regular training sessions for counselors and agency staff regarding: 
    •  U.S. university programs 
    •  Admission requirements 
    •  Application procedures 
    •  Documentation standards 
    •  Visa and I-20 processes 
  •  Ensure recruitment partners remain updated on institutional policies and market trends. 

Events & Business Development

  •  Represent AdviseBridge and partner universities at: 
    •  Education fairs 
    •  School visits 
    •  Recruitment events 
    •  Partner conferences 
  •  Deliver presentations to students, parents, counselors, and institutional partners. 

Funnel Management & Operational Coordination

  •  Work closely with internal admissions and recruitment teams to manage the student enrollment funnel: 
    •  Lead generation 
    •  Application submission 
    •  Offer letter processing 
    •  I-20 issuance 
    •  Visa preparation support 
  •  Monitor application quality and ensure timely submission of complete documentation. 

Daily Partner Engagement

  •  Conduct regular in-person visits with recruitment agencies and counselors (approximately 4–5 visits per day). 
  •  Build strong market visibility and maintain active engagement with recruitment partners across key cities in India. 

Market Intelligence & Compliance

  •  Stay informed on: 
    •  U.S. education market trends 
    •  SEVIS/I-20 updates 
    •  Visa regulations 
    •  Competitor activities 
    •  Student recruitment trends in India 
  •  Provide market feedback and strategic recommendations to leadership and university partners. 

Performance & Target Management

  •  Achieve semester-wise enrollment targets and recruitment KPIs. 
  •  Prepare regular performance reports, market insights, and recruitment updates. 
  •  Maintain high standards of ethical recruitment and partner compliance. 

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) 
  •  2–4 years of experience in international student recruitment, preferably focused on U.S. higher education 
  •  Strong understanding of the Indian international education market 
  •  Proven experience working with education agents and recruitment partners 
  •  Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 
  •  Ability to travel extensively across India (15–20 working days per month) 
  •  Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and student application platforms 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Previous experience representing U.S. colleges or universities 
  •  Knowledge of U.S. student visa procedures and admission documentation 
  •  Existing network of education consultants and recruitment agencies in India

  • Lead AdviseBridge’s recruitment and business development strategy throughout Vietnam.

  • Develop localized recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and U.S. university enrollment targets.

Recruitment Network Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage education agents and recruitment partners across Vietnam.

  • Monitor partner performance, application quality, and student conversion rates.

Leadership & Team Coordination

  • Provide leadership and operational guidance to local recruitment and counseling teams.

Key Responsibilities

University Partnership Management

  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. colleges, universities, and institutional representatives. 
  •  Coordinate partnership communications, onboarding, and collaboration initiatives with university partners. 
  •  Support partnership agreement processes and ensure compliance with institutional expectations. 
  •  Maintain regular communication with admissions teams, international offices, and recruitment stakeholders. 

Operational Coordination

  •  Oversee day-to-day operational workflows related to student recruitment and admissions processing.
